Q1. What makes VINYL Tech Cabinets unique from other Flat Pack Cabinets? Our Cabinets are made to suit your exact dimensions and will be customised to suit your pre-defined specifications automatically every time you place an order. Our Cabinets can be supplied with or without Doors, End Panels or Kicks and we use quality materials such as 16mm HMR Melamine for our Carcases and 18mm MRMDF for Vinyl Doors (if reqd.). All our Cabinets have solid Backs and we use mostly Mortise and Tenon joints for extra strength. Return to questionsQ2. Why use this website to order online? The Cabinet Quotation pages allow you to get quotes anytime 7 days a week. These quotes can be saved and recalled online for up to 28 days. If you save a quote and want to proceed with the order at a later date just enter the reference number and your quote/order will be retrieved for you automatically ready to submit. If an order is placed, it can generally be ready in 5 working days including the Doors. Return to questionsQ3. What is included with the Cabinet? All the hardware is included to build your Cabinets including Adjustable Legs, Drawer Sides, Hinges and Hinge Plates (if we supply the Doors), Bench Top Brackets, Oven or Appliance Frames (if we supply the Doors), Shelf Supports, Chipboard Screws and Drawer Bottoms and Backs. Return to questionsQ4. What is not included with a Cabinet? Bench Tops, Kicks, Roller Doors, Fixing Hardware or Handles. Fridge Panels, Island Backs, End Panels Scribes and Kicks are not part of the Cabinet and therefore must be ordered separately. You will be asked if you want to order these items at the end of the Cabinet quote. If you do order these items they will form part of your Cabinet Order and will ready at the same time. Return to questionsQ5. Can I supply my own hardware? Yes, provided you use the same brand and fittings. If you use another brand you will need to contact us to ensure we can use the appropriate drilling patterns to suit your hardware. Return to questionsQ6. Do the Cabinets get edged? Yes, we use 1mm White ABS edging on all our Cabinets as a standard. If however you would like to do your own edging then please advise us when you place your order. Return to questionsQ7. What if I can't find the Cabinet I want? Over time (especially early on) new Cabinets will be added to the website based on customer demand. If you use a particular Cabinet often just Fax a drawing through to us and we will contact you about adding it to our website. Return to questionsQ8. What if I get stuck or have more questions?
